‘Waddle On Sea’ – Coming To Southend Next Year

Following the success of last year’s Herd In The City, and Hare’s About Town two year’s prior, we can confirm that the next Wild In Art public art event will be Waddle-On-Sea, which will be coming in summer 2025.

This time around, the individually painted statues that will adorn the streets of Southend, and raise critical funds for the fantastic Haven’s Hospices, will be penguins and it’s going to be BRRRRRILLIANT!

Once more Unity In Community and Atlantic Pacific Group expect to be providing support through sponsorship and logistically we will certainly be P-P-P-Picking up a Penguin or two. In the meantime here’s a video teaser that Haven’s have shared on social media.

Havens Hospices provides specialist care and support for patients who are living with incurable conditions and their families. They must raise over £124,000 every week to be there for everyone who needs them and the Wild In Art events have played an essential part in achieving their goals.

Hares About Town raised £508,000 for Havens in 2021 and that was topped last year when Herd In The City raised    £580,000. Unity and Atlantic Pacific Group are extremely proud to have played a role in these previous events and are already looking forward to the summer of 2025.
