Mini & Youth Medals Day – Southend Rugby Club
Atlantic Pacific’s Unity In Community team were delighted to support Southend Rugby Club’s ‘Mini & Youth’ Medals Day this month.
Our team helped to make the day very special for many of the club’s children and their families. We were delighted to take along one of Port Express’s new Volvo’s, one of Atlantic Pacific’s vans, and of course our wonderful Tuk Tuk – Little Red.
Also in attendance was the Atlantic Pacific sponsored ‘Hairy-Biker’ from the ‘Hares About Town’ event, and the fabulous ‘Rock & Glow’ elephant that will be taking part in ‘Herd In The City’ this summer (both created by the very talented Neil Fendell).
Both animal sculptures were created to raise funds for the worthy Havens Hospices. Atlantic Pacific are logistics partners and sponsors for the upcoming ‘Herd In The City’ event starting on the 14th July, which will once again raise much needed funds for Havens.
In the meantime, we would like to say a big ‘thank you’ to Phil and Leanne Braunton, who organised the wonderful Southend Rugby event. Below are some of the images we captured from the day.
